How it works
Stockereum opens a permanent market for a brand new token, priced in a tokenized stock.
One transaction, one permanent market
A launch mints exactly 1,000,000,000 tokens and places the entire supply into a single Uniswap v4 position that starts at the opening price and runs to the top of the range. Because the range sits entirely above the market, the position needs no stock deposit — you bring nothing but the creation fee. The hook owns that position and contains no code path that can shrink it, so the liquidity cannot be pulled by the creator, the platform, or anyone else.
The token itself
Fixed supply, 18 decimals, no owner, no mint function, no pause switch, no proxy. Once a market opens, nothing about the token can be changed by anyone — not the creator, not the platform.
Fees are paid in stock
Every swap pays 1% of the stock side of the trade. Buyers pay it out of what they send, sellers pay it out of what they receive, so the fee is always denominated in the paired equity. It is credited to an escrow and split 50/50 between the creator and the platform, claimable at any time from the Claims page.
The anti-snipe window
For the first 20 seconds of a market, the fee starts at 99% and decays linearly to 1%: 74.5% at five seconds, 50% at ten, 25.5% at fifteen. Everything above the normal 1% goes to the platform, not the creator, so there is no incentive to snipe your own launch. The trade panel counts the window down live.
What you can and cannot do
Governance can register new stock quotes, change the creation fee and pause new launches. It cannot touch a market that is already open — the token, the creator, the paired asset, the fee rate, the opening price and the liquidity position are all fixed the moment a launch lands.
Known limits
Swaps are exact-input only. Tokenized equities carry issuer controls: transfers pass through a compliance module the issuer can change, and a blocked pool would strand its own liquidity. Quote assets are a curated allowlist for exactly that reason, and never open to arbitrary ERC-20s.
